Every RxShelf user — owner, manager, dispenser, accountant — has a personal profile. It's separate from the pharmacy Settings (owner-only). This is your own account.

Open your profile

Click your avatar (top-right on any dashboard page) and pick Profile.

You'll see:

  • Your identity — avatar, full name, email, phone, and joined date.
  • Your memberships — every pharmacy you belong to, with your role in each. Owners see all their owned pharmacies; staff see their one pharmacy.
  • Edit personal details — name and phone.
  • Upload avatar.
  • Change password.
  • Sign out everywhere.

Edit your name or phone

  1. Click Edit.
  2. Change what you want.
  3. Save.

The change saves immediately. Your name and avatar in the header dropdown update within seconds — RxShelf refreshes your session automatically so you don't have to log out.

Upload an avatar

  1. Click Upload avatar.
  2. Pick a JPG, PNG, or WebP file — up to 2 MB.
  3. Save.

Your avatar now shows in the header dropdown, the staff list, and everywhere your identity appears. If you don't upload one, RxShelf falls back to your initials.

Every user can only upload or replace their own avatar. No one else — not even your owner — can change your photo.

Change your password

You must know your current password. If you don't, log out and use Forgot password? on the login screen — you'll get a reset link by email.

  1. Click Change password.
  2. Enter your current password. RxShelf re-verifies it before making the change — a wrong current password returns a friendly error, no password change happens.
  3. Enter your new password twice.
  4. Save.

Your current session stays valid — you don't get logged out on your current device.

Sign out everywhere

Use this if your phone was stolen, if you logged in on a public computer, or if you want to force other devices to re-authenticate.

  1. Click Sign out everywhere.
  2. Confirm.

Every session on every device — including this one — is terminated. You'll land back on the login screen and need to sign in again everywhere.

What you can't do here

  • Change your email — deferred (see above).
  • Delete or deactivate your account — deferred; contact support if you need this (ownership transfer, subscription cancellation, and audit-trail retention all come into play).
