Every RxShelf account belongs to a pharmacy owner. Signup gets you a 14-day free trial — no card required. Your staff never sign up themselves; you invite them later by email.

Create your account

Go to /signup and fill in:

  • Full name — how staff and receipts will see you.
  • Email address — this is your login. Use one you can access right now — a verification link is sent immediately.
  • Phone number (optional).
  • Password — at least 8 characters.
  • Choose a plan — Starter, Growth, or Business. All three come with a 14-day free trial, no card required. You can change plans any time from Settings → Billing.
  • Referral code (optional) — if a partner or agent shared a link like ?ref=K3M9AZ, the field is pre-filled. Leave blank if you don't have one.
  • Agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy.

Click Create account.

Verify your email

You'll see an "Account created!" screen. Open your email inbox — the verification message comes from noreply@rxshelf.ng. Click the link.

The link verifies your address and drops you into the app. From here, RxShelf routes you to add your first pharmacy — you can't use the app until at least one exists.

Add your first pharmacy

The pharmacy setup is a two-step wizard.

Step 1 — Pharmacy details

  • Pharmacy name (required) — the trading name printed on receipts.
  • Registration number (optional) — your PCN licence, e.g. PCN/2024/00123.
  • Phone (optional) — the pharmacy line customers dial.
  • Email (optional) — the pharmacy inbox for supplier + customer contact.

Click Continue.

Step 2 — Location

  • Country (required).
  • State (required).
  • LGA (optional).
  • Street address (required) — e.g. 14 Adeola Odeku Street. This prints on every receipt, so make it correct.

Click Create pharmacy.

What lands next

You go straight to your pharmacy dashboard. It's empty until you have products — that's what the onboarding wizard covers next.
